This private event website collects only the information guests choose to provide when responding to Jacob's fifth-birthday invitation.

Information we collect

We may collect the responding adult's name, email address, mobile number, RSVP status, guest counts, children's first names, food or accessibility notes, a message for Jacob, and whether the household chose to receive party updates.

How we use it

We use this information only to plan the party, keep an accurate guest count, accommodate guests, respond to questions, and send requested event logistics or last-minute updates. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers such as our website host, email provider, and Twilio may process information only to operate these features for us.

Text messaging

Guests receive text updates only after affirmatively checking the consent box on the RSVP form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Retention and choices

We keep RSVP information only as long as reasonably needed to coordinate and wrap up the event. Guests may update an RSVP using the same email address. To request correction or deletion, reply to a party message or contact the host through the invitation.
